SSI Stress & Rescue

The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty Program is designed to teach divers how to ensure safety for themselves and others underwater. It helps you recognize stress indicators, prevent accidents, and perform effective rescue operations. The program also trains you in emergency care techniques and builds confidence through a combination of pool and open-water training.
