Welcome to Flying Fish Scuba School. By booking our scuba diving services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Flying Fish Scuba School is Goa's official and exclusive Goa Tourism partner for scuba diving, recognized globally by SSI (Scuba Schools International) and PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors).

2. Services Offered

We offer the following scuba diving experiences:

• SSI Try Scuba (Single Dive): 40-minute dive experience at ₹4,950 per person
• SSI Try Scuba (Double Dive): 40+40 minute dual dive experience at ₹7,950 per person

All packages include pool training, boat transfer to Grande Island, SSI certified instructor (1:1), all diving equipment, snacks & beverages, and ₹10 Lakh insurance coverage.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirements

• Minimum age: 10 years
• Participants under 18 years require parental/guardian consent
• No maximum age limit, subject to medical fitness

Swimming Requirements

Swimming experience is NOT required. Our certified instructors provide complete guidance throughout the dive.

4. Booking Terms

• Bookings are confirmed upon receiving advance payment of ₹500 per person.
• Remaining balance is payable on the day of dive at Novotel Resort & Spa.
• You will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp.
• Please arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss the dive departure.

5. What to Bring

• Valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License)
• Swimwear/comfortable clothes
• Towel and change of clothes
• Doctor's clearance (if applicable)
• Sunscreen and sunglasses

6. Safety & Insurance

• All dives are conducted under SSI/PADI safety standards
• Each participant receives 1:1 instructor guidance
• Our boat and equipment undergo regular safety checks
• We reserve the right to cancel dives due to unsafe conditions

7. Participant Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to:

• Provide accurate medical and personal information
• Follow all instructions given by dive instructors
• Not consume alcohol or drugs before the dive
• Not dive if feeling unwell
• Listen to safety briefings carefully
• Respect marine life and coral reefs

8. Liability Waiver

Scuba diving involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge that:

• You have been informed of the risks involved in scuba diving
• You release Flying Fish Scuba School from liability for injuries resulting from your own negligence or failure to follow instructions
• You will sign a liability waiver on the day of your dive

9. Photos & Media

• Underwater photos and videos may be taken during your dive
• Photos/videos are delivered via digital link within 24 hours
• By participating, you consent to the use of your images for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

11. Weather & Conditions

• Dives may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather
• Weather conditions are assessed on the morning of the dive
• If we cancel due to weather, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling
• Diving season in Goa is typically October to May

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
